Pricing Tab

The Pricing tab allows admins to define how a course is sold. There are four pricing models available:

1. Free​

  • No charge for students to enroll.
  • The course is immediately accessible upon signup.

2. Single Fee​

  • A one-time payment grants students lifetime access.
  • Admins enter a fixed price for the course.

3. Subscription​

  • Students pay on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Admins set the price and choose the billing cycle.

4. Time-Limited​

  • Students pay a one-time fee but only get access for a set number of days.
  • Admins specify both the price and the access duration.

Enabling Paid Pricing Models​

💡 Important:
All paid options (Single Fee, Subscription, and Time-Limited) require Stripe to be set up. If Stripe keys have not been added, these options will not work.

How to Set Up Pricing​

  1. Go to the Pricing tab in the course editor.
  2. Select a pricing model.
  3. If applicable, enter the price and any required details (billing cycle for subscriptions, access time for time-limited courses).
  4. Click Save to apply changes.

Once pricing is configured, the course will be available for purchase based on the selected model.
